Key Responsibilities
* Delivering tailored and engaging lessons to primary-aged pupils with diverse SEN.
* Adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning requirements effectively.
* Fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere for all pupils.
* Collaborating closely with teaching assistants and other support staff.
* Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and communicating observations to relevant staff.
* Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils in accordance with school policies.
About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
* Demonstrated experience working with primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* A comprehensive understanding of various SEN provisions and effective support strategies.
* Excellent behaviour management skills coupled with a patient and empathetic approach.
* Proven adaptability and resilience for navigating diverse school environments on a daily basis.
* A genuine passion for supporting the development and achievement of young learners with SEN.
