Key Responsibilities
• Provide attentive support to children, both individually and in small groups, to enhance their learning.
• Assist the class teacher with the planning and preparation of engaging activities and resources.
• Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
• Observe and record children's progress, feeding back effectively to the class teacher.
• Support the development of children's communication, social, and emotional skills.
• Uphold the school's high standards of care and safeguarding at all times.
About You
• Possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
• Demonstrate experience working within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with children, staff, and parents.
• Show initiative and adaptability, responding positively to the evolving needs of the classroom.
• Hold relevant qualifications or experience appropriate for a Teaching Assistant role.
