Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Observe and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative educational journey.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies that promote a respectful and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Contribute actively to the wider school community and its development initiatives.

About You
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possesses experience within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Demonstrates a genuine passion for early childhood education and nurturing young minds.
• Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Is proficient in creating dynamic and inclusive learning experiences for all children.
• Possesses a proactive approach to professional development and continuous improvement.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
