You will contribute to creating a stimulating and secure environment where young learners can flourish, explore, and develop essential skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate engaging and age-appropriate play-based learning activities.
• Provide essential support for children's personal care and well-being routines.
• Observe and accurately document children's developmental progress and achievements.
• Collaborate effectively with the nursery team to plan and implement daily schedules.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
• Encourage positive social interactions and emotional development among children.

About You
• You possess a genuine passion for working with young children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• You have prior experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both with children and adults.
• You are patient, adaptable, and creative in your approach to supporting child development.
• You hold a strong understanding and commitment to safeguarding principles.
• You are proactive and able to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
