About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver dynamic, age-appropriate lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every pupil can thrive.
• Accurately assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Maintain robust records of pupil attainment and engagement.
• Actively participate in the broader life of the school community.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be ready to embark on your ECT induction.
• Possess a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young minds.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and a positive approach to behaviour.
• Committed to your ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, engaging effectively with pupils, parents, and staff.
• Bring enthusiasm, adaptability, and a proactive attitude to all aspects of the role.
