Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, adhering to school policies and curriculum frameworks.
* Skillfully manage classroom environments, promoting a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all pupils.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners within each lesson, ensuring accessibility and challenge.
* Collaborate effectively with year group teams and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and consistent educational standards.
* Assess pupil progress formatively, providing constructive feedback to support their development and next steps.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance and pupil achievement where required, contributing to school-wide data.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate recent experience teaching within a UK primary setting.
* Exhibit versatility and confidence in delivering the curriculum across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Showcase strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with pupils of all ages.
* Be highly adaptable, proactive, and resilient when working in different year groups and with varied timetables.
* Hold a genuine passion for fostering a love of learning and maximising every pupil's individual potential.
* Possess an enhanced DBS check registered with the update service, or be willing to apply for one, alongside relevant safeguarding training.
