About the Role
A flourishing school is seeking a dedicated and passionate Reception Class Teacher to join its vibrant Early Years Foundation Stage team. Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver an engaging and age-appropriate EYFS curriculum.
• Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
• Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a collaborative ethos.
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child welfare at all times.
• Contribute actively to wider school life and professional development initiatives.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the UK.
• Possess proven experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of early childhood development and pedagogical best practices.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with stakeholders.
• Show creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to continuous professional improvement.
• Be passionate about making a significant and positive difference to children's lives.
