This role offers the opportunity to provide essential cover for classes across various adapted curriculum areas, supporting pupils in a specialist SEN secondary environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring continuity of learning through daily and short-term assignments, starting immediately.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons tailored to pupils' individual educational plans.
* Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning atmosphere for all students.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to meet pupil needs.
* Manage classroom dynamics effectively, fostering a respectful and productive environment.
* Uphold school policies and procedures consistently throughout each assignment.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess relevant teaching experience.
