Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils experiencing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
* Skillfully implement effective de-escalation techniques during moments of heightened emotion.
* Deliver individual and small group mentoring sessions to encourage positive behavioural development.
* Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with pupils, promoting their sense of belonging and well-being.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff to differentiate learning experiences and achieve pupil progress.
* Actively contribute to maintaining a safe, structured, and emotionally supportive classroom atmosphere.
