Key Responsibilities
• Support the holistic learning and development of children aged 0-5.
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating play environment.
• Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, hygiene, and nap times.
• Observe and accurately record children's progress, contributing to assessments.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities.
About You
• Possess a genuine passion for working with early years children.
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
• Demonstrate previous experience within a nursery or early years setting.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
