Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and promote mastery.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to accelerate attainment and understanding.
* Contribute actively to the wider life of the Maths department and the school community, embracing collaboration.
* Plan and prepare comprehensive schemes of work that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, demonstrating a commitment to educational excellence.
* Possess a strong academic background in Mathematics and a genuine passion for its effective delivery.
* Demonstrate a proactive commitment to raising academic standards and unlocking every student's potential.
* Be an excellent communicator, capable of building strong rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
* Show adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to continuous professional development.
* We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced professionals (MPS/UPS).
