Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise classes during teachers' absences, ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Deliver pre-set work to students and maintain a structured classroom.
• Manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support students with any questions or concerns about their work.
• Communicate effectively with teachers and school staff about student progress.
About You:
• Previous experience working with young people or in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm and authoritative presence in the classroom.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing daily schedules.
• Highly motivated and passionate about supporting student learning.
