This presents a fantastic opportunity for an ECT to embark on a fulfilling career, supporting children's foundational development across the entire primary phase, from Early Years Foundation Stage through to Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Key Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons that inspire learning.
* Cultivating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere for all pupils.
* Employing effective assessment strategies to monitor pupil progress and inform future teaching.
* Collaborating closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support pupil wellbeing and achievement.

* Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) as an Early Career Teacher.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and children's holistic development.
* Exhibit excellent potential for classroom management and fostering positive pupil relationships.
* Committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Adaptable, resilient, and eager to embrace diverse teaching challenges.
