* Assist teachers in creating engaging and accessible learning experiences for all children.
* Collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support.

* Possess proven experience supporting primary-aged pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding and practical application of de-escalation techniques.
