Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a productive and respectful learning atmosphere for all pupils.
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons and activities across a range of subjects to students of varying abilities.
* Maintain a secure and engaging environment that fosters student participation and progress throughout the school day.
* Promote positive relationships between students and uphold school values consistently.
* Accurately record and report on student attendance, progress, and any incidents according to school policy.
* Provide support and guidance to students, answering questions and encouraging independent learning where appropriate.
