About the Role
A respected school in South London is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated PMLD Support Assistant to join their vibrant primary SEN provision. This long-term, permanent opportunity, starting as soon as possible, invites you to play a vital role in supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties within a specialist setting. You will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing environment, where every child can thrive and progress, while earning a competitive daily rate of £95 - £120. This position offers a chance to develop your expertise and make a profound difference in young lives every day.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive and tailored support to pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
* Facilitate essential personal care with utmost dignity, respect, and sensitivity.
* Implement engaging sensory stimulation activities designed to enhance pupil interaction and development.
* Assist in the precise delivery of bespoke therapy programmes as directed by specialists.
* Contribute proactively to an inclusive and highly supportive learning atmosphere for all students.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers, therapists, and external professionals to ensure holistic pupil progress.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children with complex needs, particularly those with PMLD.
* Previous experience working within a primary SEN environment is highly advantageous for this role.
* A nurturing, patient, and empathetic approach defines your interactions with pupils and colleagues alike.
