Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver an inspiring and age-appropriate EYFS curriculum that encourages active learning and exploration.

• Systematically assess children's progress, identifying individual learning needs and implementing targeted support strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on development and fostering strong home-school links.
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare for all pupils within your care.
• Contribute positively to the wider school community, embracing its ethos and values.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with children, colleagues, and parents.
• Possess a creative and adaptable approach to teaching, able to differentiate learning for diverse needs.
• Show resilience and enthusiasm for overcoming daily challenges in a dynamic primary school setting.
• Committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
