Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and challenging Design Technology lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Plan, prepare, and assess student work, providing constructive feedback to support progress.
* Foster a safe and stimulating learning environment within the DT workshops and classrooms.
* Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Design Technology curriculum.
* Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and school-wide initiatives.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievement, and behaviour.

About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for this role.
* Proven ability to teach Design Technology effectively at secondary level, from ECT to UPS.
* Demonstrates a passion for inspiring creativity and technical proficiency in students.
* Possesses excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* Committed to continuous professional development and personal growth.
* An effective communicator with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
