Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support to primary pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Facilitate engaging small group interventions tailored to specific learning objectives.
* Assist children experiencing complex learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
* Support pupils with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in their daily learning.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for speech and language difficulties.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other professionals to ensure a nurturing environment.
About You
* You possess proven experience supporting primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs.
* You have a strong understanding of various complex learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Your approach is patient, compassionate, and highly resilient within challenging situations.
* You are adept at building strong rapport with young learners and fostering their personal development.
