Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons to pupils across various age groups and abilities.
• Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities that cater to diverse educational needs.
• Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel empowered to learn.
• Contribute to the continuous development and review of the Science curriculum.
• Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
• Collaborate positively with departmental colleagues to share best practices and resources.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant degree in a Science subject.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for Science and the ability to convey its excitement to pupils.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to creating a positive learning atmosphere.
• Be adept at differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Show a proactive approach to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Thrive as part of a team and contribute positively to the wider school community.
