Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to primary pupils experiencing SEMH challenges.
* Implement effective de-escalation strategies to manage challenging behaviours calmly and constructively.
* Mentor pupils, helping them develop coping mechanisms and build self-esteem.
* Cultivate strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers.
* Assist in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment within a specialist setting.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of individual education plans.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs.
* Experience working in an SEN or specialist setting is highly desirable.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effortlessly.
