Key Responsibilities
• Planning and delivering stimulating French and Spanish lessons across the secondary key stages.
• Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on student progress to ensure consistent academic achievement.
• Developing and implementing innovative teaching strategies to inspire a passion for languages.
• Contributing actively to the MFL department's curriculum development and extracurricular activities.
• Maintaining high standards of classroom management and fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Providing constructive feedback and pastoral support to encourage individual student growth.

About You
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in French and Spanish.
• Proven ability to teach French and Spanish effectively at secondary level, including at Key Stage 4.
• A genuine passion for modern foreign languages and their cultural significance.
• Excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to creating an inspiring learning environment.
• A collaborative approach, keen to contribute positively to a supportive departmental team.
• Dedication to continuous professional development and raising student attainment.
