About the Role
A inclusive school is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary phase immediately. This exciting opportunity offers flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, providing an excellent daily rate between £95 and £110. You will play a crucial role in supporting the early development and learning journeys of young children, fostering an engaging and supportive environment for all pupils, including those requiring SEN support.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the diverse learning needs of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging educational activities.
* Provide valuable one-to-one or small group support, enhancing individual pupil progress.
* Contribute proactively to maintaining a stimulating and safe classroom environment.
* Help implement tailored learning strategies for children requiring Special Educational Needs support.
* Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support holistic development.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
* You have relevant experience working with children within an EYFS setting (desirable).
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effortlessly.
