About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join an exceptional school dedicated to inclusive education within the Buckinghamshire region. We are currently seeking a compassionate and proactive individual to provide vital support to secondary students on the autism spectrum in our specialist ASD setting. This fulfilling role offers daily rates between £90 and £115 and involves working closely with pupils to foster their independence and facilitate their engagement across all areas of school life. We welcome applications for various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate effective social communication for students with autism spectrum conditions.
* Implement strategies to manage sensory needs and create a supportive learning environment.
* Provide tailored assistance to ensure full curriculum access for secondary pupils.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and adapt learning materials.
* Monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and contributing to assessments.
* Foster an inclusive atmosphere where every student feels valued and understood.

* You have experience working with secondary-aged students on the autism spectrum.
