A highly regarded school in Buckinghamshire is seeking a versatile and enthusiastic PPA Teacher to join their dedicated team. This exciting opportunity involves providing essential planning, preparation, and assessment cover across various primary year groups, from Early Years Foundation Stage to Key Stage 2. We are looking for an individual who can seamlessly integrate into our dynamic environment, delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire young minds and foster a love for learning. This position offers flexibility regarding contract type, with options for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent engagement, starting as soon as possible with a competitive daily rate ranging from £150 to £180.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and inclusive lessons to pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Provide effective PPA cover, ensuring continuity of learning and high educational standards.
* Create and maintain a stimulating and supportive classroom environment for all pupils.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of different year groups.
* Collaborate positively with teaching staff and support colleagues to enhance the school's educational provision.
* Monitor and provide informal feedback on pupil progress, promoting their academic and personal growth.
About You
* You must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for teaching in the UK primary phase.
* Demonstrated experience working effectively across multiple primary year groups is highly desirable.
* You exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire positive behaviour.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching is essential for this varied role.
* You hold a genuine passion for primary education and fostering holistic pupil development.
* You are a strong communicator, capable of building rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
