Key Responsibilities
* Effectively deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of secondary subjects.
* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
* Ensure all pupils remain engaged and focused on their learning tasks.
* Adhere strictly to the school’s safeguarding and pastoral care policies.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback to pupils where appropriate.
* Collaborate positively with support staff and colleagues within the school environment.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience as a Cover Supervisor within a secondary setting.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a calm demeanour.
* Exhibit outstanding adaptability and flexibility across different subjects and year groups.
* Show a genuine passion for inspiring young minds and fostering a love for learning.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents when necessary.
* Hold a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
