About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established school in South West London as an SEN Teaching Assistant. We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide essential support to primary-aged pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) within a specialist setting. You will work closely with children who have complex learning needs, including those with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and speech and language difficulties, offering both one-to-one and small group interventions. This role offers flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate of £90 - £115, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to primary pupils with diverse complex learning needs.
* Assist in the implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) to ensure pupil progress and well-being.
* Support children demonstrating Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and speech and language difficulties.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, therapists, and other professionals to enhance pupil development.
* Contribute to monitoring pupil
