About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated SEMH Teacher to join a respected school within the East Midlands, supporting primary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. You will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing environment where children can thrive academically and personally. We are seeking professionals interested in long-term, daily supply, or permanent engagements to start as soon as possible, delivering engaging and tailored lessons. Your expertise in building therapeutic relationships and effectively managing challenging behaviour will be highly valued in this specialist setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver highly engaging, differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Cultivate strong, therapeutic relationships with pupils to support their emotional development.
* Implement effective strategies for managing challenging behaviour in a constructive manner.
* Contribute to comprehensive pupil assessments and individualised learning plans.
* Collaborate closely with support staff and external agencies to ensure holistic pupil welfare.
* Maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment conducive to positive progress.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience working with primary-aged pupils.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
* Exhibit proven success in creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Show resilience and adaptability when responding to diverse pupil requirements.
* Hold a strong understanding of various SEMH strategies and intervention techniques.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and collaborative practice.
