Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated support to secondary pupils with complex special educational needs.
* Assist teachers in implementing adapted learning plans and differentiated activities.
* Encourage and empower students to develop greater independence in their daily routines and learning.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, therapists, and support professionals.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Support pupils with their social, emotional, and communication development.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with special educational needs.
* Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils or those with complex needs is highly desirable.
