About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
• Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
• Contribute to the pastoral care and well-being of all pupils in your class.
• Uphold high standards of behaviour and promote positive relationships among pupils.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for early primary education and child development.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a creative approach to teaching.
• Be an effective communicator, capable of building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• NQTs/ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply, alongside experienced teachers (MPS/UPS).
