Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated support to secondary pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies tailored to individual pupil requirements.
* Guide pupils in developing their emotional regulation and coping mechanisms.
* Assist with reintegrating pupils into academic learning and classroom routines.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and specialist staff to ensure holistic pupil development.
* Contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every pupil feels valued.

* Demonstrable experience supporting young people with SEMH needs, ideally within a secondary setting.
