Key Responsibilities
• Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate learning activities within the EYFS framework.
• Assist children with their educational and personal development, promoting independence and confidence.
• Create and maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
• Provide targeted support for individual children or small groups to enhance their learning outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with the class teacher and wider school staff to achieve educational goals.
• Monitor and record children's progress, contributing to assessment and planning discussions.

About You
• Possess previous experience supporting children within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education and children's holistic development.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with children and staff.
• Show initiative and adaptability, responding effectively to the diverse needs of young learners.
• Hold a relevant qualification or demonstrable experience as a Teaching Assistant.
• Understand how to support children with varying needs, promoting an inclusive learning environment.
