About the Role
This exciting opportunity invites a dedicated Primary Supply Teacher to support a dedicated school and its network of local partners, ensuring continuity of learning across various primary settings in the Towcester area. This varied position offers flexible contract options, including daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term cover, and potential permanent roles. We are seeking professionals ready to start as soon as possible, with competitive rates between £145 and £160 per day. You will play a vital role in maintaining high educational standards and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons to pupils across the primary age range.
* Manage classroom behaviour proactively, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
* Adapt quickly to new school environments and varying curriculum requirements.
* Follow all school policies and procedures diligently, upholding educational standards.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff and colleagues to foster a cohesive learning experience.
* Mark work as required, providing constructive feedback to aid pupil progress.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to primary education.
* Demonstrate recent experience teaching within primary school settings.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and flexibility in diverse educational environments.
* Command strong classroom management skills, promoting respectful and focused learning.
* Hold a genuine passion for inspiring young learners and fostering their development.
* Be highly reliable, punctual, and committed to professional excellence.
