About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a progressive school located in the Towcester area of Northamptonshire. This vital role involves providing comprehensive support to primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs, fostering an inclusive and enriching learning environment. We are looking for individuals available for an immediate start, with opportunities ranging from daily supply to short-term, long-term, and even permanent contracts, offering a competitive daily rate between £95 and £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to pupils with diverse SEN requirements.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support programmes under teacher guidance.
* Assist with the development and adaptation of learning materials to meet pupil needs.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to assessment and review processes.
* Foster a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers, parents, and external professionals.

About You
* You possess prior experience supporting primary school pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* An empathetic and patient approach is central to your professional practice.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
* A genuine passion for making a significant difference to children's educational journeys drives you.
