About the Role
A forward-thinking school is actively seeking a passionate Nursery Assistant to join its nurturing early years provision. This pivotal role involves supporting the holistic development of young children within a stimulating and caring environment. We offer a variety of contract types, from daily supply and short-term engagements to long-term and permanent opportunities, ensuring flexibility for the right candidate. Remuneration for this vital position ranges from £95 to £110 per day. We are looking for someone who can commence this rewarding journey as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging activities tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children in your care.
* Support children with their personal care needs and foster their social development.
* Observe and accurately record children's progress, contributing to their individual learning journeys.
* Collaborate effectively with the early years team to maintain exceptionally high standards of care and education.
* Ensure the well-being and safeguarding of all children at all times, adhering to school policies.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their formative development.
* Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is considered essential for this role.
* A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare is highly desirable.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with children, parents, and staff.
* An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and its implementation is crucial.
* You are a nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic individual, committed to promoting child welfare and positive learning experiences.
