Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective Design and Technology lessons across all key stages.
* Develop and implement a challenging curriculum that inspires student exploration and skill development.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously, providing timely and constructive feedback.
* Maintain a safe, organised, and stimulating workshop environment for all learners.
* Contribute actively to departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
* Support students in developing their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities through practical projects.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* You possess a strong subject knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for Design and Technology.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management and pedagogical skills.
* You are capable of inspiring students from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
* You are committed to continuous professional development, suitable for ECTs through to UPS.
* You thrive within a collaborative team environment and contribute positively to school culture.
