About the Role
A flourishing school in West London is seeking a dedicated PMLD Support Assistant to join their vibrant team. This rewarding opportunity involves providing specialist support to primary-aged pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties within a dedicated provision. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, contributing to the development and well-being of every child. This is a long-term, permanent position, with an immediate start available, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £120.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD).
* Assist with personal care routines, ensuring dignity and comfort for all pupils.
* Facilitate engaging sensory stimulation activities to enhance learning and development.
* Implement individualised therapy programmes under the guidance of specialists.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support pupil progress.
* Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Demonstrate previous experience working within an SEN environment, ideally with PMLD pupils.
* Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and a resilient approach to challenges.
* Be a proactive and collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
* Committed to promoting the highest standards of pupil welfare and safeguarding.
* Hold relevant qualifications or training in SEN support, or a willingness to undertake professional development.
