Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the specific needs of primary-aged pupils with SEN.
* Adapt teaching strategies effectively to support a broad spectrum of learning styles and abilities.
* Cultivate a supportive, positive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages pupil participation.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and other support staff to maximise learning outcomes.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils while fostering a stimulating educational environment.
* Monitor and report on pupil engagement and progress, providing constructive feedback where appropriate.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK teaching qualification.
* You bring demonstrated experience working with primary school children with Special Educational Needs.
* A strong understanding of various SEN provisions and pedagogical approaches is essential.
* You exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied and dynamic school environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are deeply passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of pupils with additional learning needs.
