Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver stimulating Chemistry lessons that engage and challenge all pupils.
* Accurately assess student learning and provide constructive feedback to support their progress.
* Contribute actively to the ongoing development and review of the Science curriculum.
* Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance departmental initiatives.

About You
* You will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) working towards it.
* Possess a strong academic background in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.
* Demonstrate an unwavering passion for teaching and motivating young people in Science.
* Be skilled at differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
