Key Responsibilities

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance teaching strategies.
• Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be ready to begin your ECT induction.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young learners.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills and a creative approach to teaching.
• Be an enthusiastic and proactive team player, eager to contribute to school life.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
