About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive support to the class teacher, ensuring smooth daily operations within the classroom.
* Assist pupils with their learning activities, both individually and in small groups, adapting approaches as needed.
* Help create and maintain a positive, stimulating, and safe learning environment for all children.
* Support the social and emotional development of pupils, encouraging positive interactions and independence.
* Prepare and organise learning resources and classroom materials to facilitate effective teaching.
* Contribute to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress under teacher guidance.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children in their educational journey.
* Experience working within a primary school environment is highly desirable, though not essential for candidates demonstrating strong potential.
* Excellent communication skills allow you to interact effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are a proactive and reliable team player, keen to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
* An adaptable and resilient approach enables you to thrive in a dynamic school setting.
* You hold a strong commitment to promoting pupil welfare and safeguarding best practices.
