About the Role
This dynamic school in Wandsworth is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Supply Teacher to join their dedicated team immediately. You will provide essential cover, delivering engaging and adapted lessons across various curriculum areas within specialist SEN secondary school settings. This daily supply and short-term contract offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on pupils' learning journeys, working with diverse needs and fostering an inclusive educational environment in South West London.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the specific needs of pupils with special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching materials and strategies effectively to ensure all pupils can access the curriculum.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively, creating a safe and supportive learning atmosphere.
* Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to enhance pupil engagement and progress.
* Assess pupil understanding and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance and pupil achievement where required.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience teaching pupils with SEN at secondary level.
* You are highly adaptable and confident in transitioning between different specialist SEN settings.
* You exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
* Your communication skills are outstanding, effectively engaging with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining high professional standards.
* You demonstrate a deep understanding of various special educational needs and effective support strategies.
