We are looking for an individual available for an immediate start, with contract options ranging from long-term placements to daily supply, and even permanent opportunities, offering a competitive daily rate of £85 - £110.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a secondary pupil, fostering a positive learning experience.
* Implement individualised education plans (EHCP targets) effectively to meet specific learning objectives.
* Facilitate access to the curriculum, adapting materials and strategies as required for the pupil's needs.
* Promote the development of essential independence and self-help skills within the school setting.
* Support the pupil in acquiring valuable life skills, preparing them for future success.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure a cohesive support approach.
