Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons across the secondary key stages.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Develop and implement a diverse curriculum that inspires linguistic confidence.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
• Contribute to extracurricular language clubs or cultural events within the school.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and resources.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications in French and Spanish.
• Possess a genuine passion for languages and a commitment to student success.
• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical skills in MFL.
• Be an enthusiastic and innovative educator, able to motivate a diverse range of learners.
• Have experience teaching French and Spanish at secondary level (ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply).
• Show a proactive approach to continuous professional development and teamwork.
