Key Responsibilities
* Deliver targeted one-to-one and small group interventions for pupils with diverse SEN requirements.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers to adapt learning materials and activities.
* Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and participating fully in school life.
* Observe and report on pupil progress, contributing to assessment and review processes.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies consistently.
* Foster a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning atmosphere for all children.
About You
* You possess proven experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, ideally within a primary school context.
* An empathetic, patient, and resilient approach defines your professional character.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills allow you to connect effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.

* A strong understanding of safeguarding principles and practices is paramount to your work.
