* Actively contribute to the vibrant professional development of the Science department.
* Cultivate a stimulating and supportive classroom environment conducive to scientific exploration.
* Mentor students, encouraging their curiosity and academic achievement in scientific fields.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong Chemistry or Science specialism.
* You are adept at inspiring and motivating secondary-aged learners.
* Demonstrable passion for Chemistry and its effective communication is essential.
* A commitment to continuous professional growth and collaborative practice is required.
* You exhibit excellent classroom management and organisational capabilities.
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as those on the Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
