Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver stimulating and effective Science lessons for a diverse range of abilities.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to support learning and development.
* Contribute actively to the ongoing development and review of the Science curriculum.
* Maintain a positive, organised, and safe learning environment within the classroom.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance departmental success.
* Uphold the school's high standards for behaviour, pastoral care, and academic achievement.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and hold a relevant degree in a scientific discipline.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for Science and the ability to inspire young learners.
* You have experience teaching Science at secondary level, or as an Early Career Teacher, you show exceptional promise.
* You exhibit excellent classroom management and communication skills, fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and personal growth within your career.
