Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and challenging Science lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Develop innovative schemes of work that inspire curiosity and critical thinking.
* Accurately assess student attainment, providing constructive feedback for growth.
* Cultivate a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere for all pupils.
* Actively participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
* Promote a culture of high expectations and academic excellence amongst students.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications in Science.
* Demonstrate a profound passion for Science, inspiring students of all abilities.
* Exhibit exceptional classroom management skills, fostering a productive learning environment.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Possess excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
* Welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced educators at MPS/UPS.
