This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive support to secondary-aged pupils with a diverse range of complex needs, facilitating their access to a tailored curriculum. We are looking for individuals keen to make a significant impact, with opportunities available across various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, offering a competitive daily rate of £90 - £115.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide robust support to secondary-aged pupils, addressing their complex special educational needs.
* Assist in the effective delivery of an adapted curriculum, ensuring accessibility for all learners.
* Champion pupil independence, encouraging personal growth and self-reliance within the school community.
* Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions, catering to specific learning requirements.
* Contribute to the creation of a consistently positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Work collaboratively with teachers to implement and review individualised education plans (IEPs).
