Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver stimulating Computing lessons across the secondary key stages, inspiring a love for the subject.

* Assess pupil progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the departmental curriculum.
* Implement effective classroom management strategies that promote positive pupil behaviour and engagement.
* Participate actively in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives, contributing to whole-school success.
About You
* You possess qualified teacher status (QTS) and a strong academic background in Computing or a related field.
* You are an inspiring educator with a proven ability to motivate and challenge secondary pupils.
* You demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for computing education.
* You are adept at utilising diverse teaching methodologies to cater to a range of learning styles.
* You are a committed professional, eager to contribute positively to a collaborative departmental culture.
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced colleagues at MPS or UPS levels.
